This washed Ethiopian coffee offers notes of tangerine, apricot, black tea and sugarcane. Grown by smallholder producers in Guji, it brings together mixed heirloom varieties in a bright, balanced espresso.
Founded in 2015, the Arsosala washing station serves around 1,200 smallholder producers in the Urga district. Ripe cherries are depulped on the day they’re picked, fermented overnight, then washed and dried on raised beds.
